Every bottle leaves Savannah, Georgia by USPS. Shipping within the US is free.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. We do not ship abroad yet; if you would like us to, tell us on the contact page and we will let you know when that changes.
Cost and timing

- Free. Standard shipping is included in the price of every order.
- Handling
- Each order is packed and handed to USPS; you receive the tracking number by email at the first scan.
- Carrier
- USPS, from Savannah, Georgia.
- Delivery
- Usually 2 to 5 days after the parcel is scanned in, depending on where you are.
What you will hear from us
Three emails in a normal order. One when your payment is confirmed, one with the tracking number when the carrier makes its first scan, and one when the parcel is delivered. We do not send text messages.
Perfume in oil is packed in a lined box so the crystal travels well. If you are sending a gift, the box carries no price.
Returns and refunds
Every bottle is filled and sealed for the person who ordered it, and fragrance worn on skin cannot be passed on to anyone else. For that reason we are not able to take bottles back or offer refunds once an order has shipped, and we say so here rather than in small print.
We would much rather help you choose well before you buy. The questions page describes how each scent wears and who it suits, and a note on the contact page gets a personal reply, usually within two business days. An order can be canceled for a full refund any time before it ships; write to us with your order reference.
Damaged in transit
If a bottle arrives broken or leaking, write to hello@houseofseaaura.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the bottle and the box. We will send a replacement at no cost. Keep the packaging until we have written back.
Reaching the house
For anything about an order, write to hello@houseofseaaura.com with your order reference (the eight capital letters and numbers in your confirmation email) or use the contact page. We answer by email, usually within two business days.
