Terms of sale.
Short, because a bottle of perfume should not need a contract. These are the terms that apply when you buy from us.

Prices
All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. Shipping within the US is included. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email; until then no contract exists and we may decline an order, for example if a product is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If we decline, nothing is charged, or the charge is refunded in full.
You may cancel an order at any time before it ships by writing to us with your order reference, and the charge is refunded in full. Once the parcel has been scanned by the carrier the order is final; the shipping page explains why, and what happens if a bottle arrives damaged.
Promotion codes
A promotion code is entered at checkout and applies only to the order it is used on. One code per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time; an order placed with a valid code before withdrawal keeps it.
Shipping and returns
Handling time, carriers, damaged parcels and our no-returns policy are set out on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
The product
Our fragrances are perfume in oil for external use on skin. Do a patch test before first wear and stop using a scent if your skin reacts. Keep bottles away from children and pets and out of direct sunlight. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your state.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute we cannot settle by writing to each other will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Savannah, Georgia, unless consumer law gives you the right to another court.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top tells you when this version began.
